Submit A Return/Exchange

Email sales@venture-tactical.com to request an RMA number. Include your order number and the name used for the purchase in your email. If your return is approved, you will be sent an RMA number. ALL returns will require an RMA number. Venture Tactical is not responsible for ANY items returned without an RMA number and proper documentation.

Please allow 10-15 business days from the time the item is received at Venture Tactical to process a refund. Timeframe does not include weekends or holidays. Out of an abundance of caution in light of the rapid spread of COVID-19 throughout the world, Venture Tactical has implemented additional sanitation measures when receiving packages into our facility. This may or may not increase the length of time it takes us to process your return. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we do all that we can to safeguard our employees.The return/exchange value is determined by the product amount listed on your sales invoice. Your refund will be in the form of your original method of payment. You are responsible for shipping cost to return the item, unless it was our error. We strongly suggest that you obtain a tracking number from the shipping carrier when making your return.
